At the beginning of each project, a LoneStar Vintage Restoration Project Manager will interact with and listen to your desires, goals, and aspirations for your project. LoneStar Vintage Restoration will offer input to define the most effective approach to an optimum solution for you project. Then our highly experienced staff of technicians and craftsmen will function in multi-disciplinary roles to bring the project along with each project receiving direct attention from senior management (Butch, Paul and David).
At LSVR we use only personnel with seasoned experience and high acumen to keep non-productive overhead to a minimum. This consideration contributes significantly to overall project cost control and project delivery.
New to LoneStar Vintage Restoration for 2007 is an upgraded project management and inventory tracking application. This software system allows LSVR to better apprise our clients of project related activities. LoneStar can provide detailed tracking of project related expenditures and descriptions, and owners can access daily reports via a secure login process. By 8:00pm, each client can visit the secure web portal to view a record of activity, as well as images of work in progress.
