LoneStar Vintage Restoration has its roots well established in the racing and auto restoration business. Formed in 2002, LoneStar Vintage Restoration is the melding of a former racecar construction/preparation shop and a former British-only restoration shop.
Butch Harris of Butch Harris Racing, Houston, Texas, and Paul Mellenger of British Automotive Service, Dallas, Texas, along with David Duthu, P.E., have merged together to provide quality, performance based vintage car restorations.
The professional experience and talented craftsmanship, which is brought to the firm by Butch, Paul and David, provide the basis of a superior product.
With each his specialty, LSVR members continue to be active in the motorsport area by way of participation in club racing and support of the car hobby in general.
